Change of Circumstance? PIP

IceCreamSundaeIceCreamSundae Member Posts: 1 Listener
Hello, last month I was awarded PIP enhanced mobility and standard care rate for 3 years. I am currently waiting for the DVLA to decide if I can keep my driving licence due to medical issues. My question is, if my licence is revoked on medical grounds do I need to notify PIP as a change in circumstance? There are no changes in my condition.
I have only just received my award, and I understand that reporting a change in circumstance triggers the whole assessment again. I'm not sure I can go through it all again so soon.
Thank you kindly, x

Whether or not you are permitted to drive is not relevant so I see no need to inform PIP.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

As you’re already on PIP M at ER there is nothing to report as losing your license would only ever help getting a higher rate and you’re already on the highest.
