    Hi and welcome

Can you get a local plumber or someone to have a look at it

I know it is probably under guarantee so may not be an option

Can your carer call up for you to maybe get some more advice from the company

    Hi @gizmovinney3169

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good.  Just to clarify as I wasn't sure from your post - the washing machine is still broken and Beko are refusing to come out again as they say it's down to how you're using it?

In my opinion, if there remains a problem - and you have tried not putting in as many clothes, as suggested - then they need to come back out to fix it.  Is it still under the one year guarantee?  Have you tried all the various contact options for Beko?

You could speak with Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 for more specialist advice if you have no luck.

Turn2Us is a charity that provides grants for household goods and other things, so you might be able to get a free washing machine from them.
