Wow ? totally over my head. My washing machine is broken, and I don't know where to go

Hi, you ever had one of the days where nothing goes right, well I am so mad ? right k ow have been all day, I was given a grant from the Aberdeenshire council for washing machine and tumble dryer, my washing machine has started playing up I got them to come to look at Beko, then it stops and started up. again the guy counselled my appointment saying it was me that's the problem putting too many clothes in the washing machine, I can't move so my career dose washing, now they won't come out and look at it I need some advice where I can go

Can you get a local plumber or someone to have a look at it
I know it is probably under guarantee so may not be an option
Can your carer call up for you to maybe get some more advice from the company -

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good. Just to clarify as I wasn't sure from your post - the washing machine is still broken and Beko are refusing to come out again as they say it's down to how you're using it?
In my opinion, if there remains a problem - and you have tried not putting in as many clothes, as suggested - then they need to come back out to fix it. Is it still under the one year guarantee? Have you tried all the various contact options for Beko?
You could speak with Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 for more specialist advice if you have no luck.
