Hi and welcome
Without knowing more about your circumstances it is impossible for us to advise
If you look in gov UK website it will tell you the eligibility for benefits or maybe try a benefits calculator which can be found in our benefits section -
Hi @Simone2021 As Janer1967 has said, it's difficult for us to say. Not all benefits require you to have worked before you can receive them.
Here's a link to a benefits calculator, which can show you what you may be entitled to claim. -
What do you mean you have no discounts?
What nationality are you? How long have you been in Great Britain?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
I am in London, I arrived in December 2020 and I have a residence permit.
-
Do you have access to public funds ?
What nationality are you ? -
Nof sure what you mean by residence permit. What nationality are you?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

when working we make discounts for the government, if we need to receive benefits we have support.
I think that's it

i am brazilian and i have italian citizenship, i have pre-settlement
-
That will be for the government where you worked not for UK
On your permit does it state you have access to public funds ?
And again what us your nationality
Without answering these we can't really advise
I suggest you go to a benefits office near you or citizens advice or welfare rights -

you should probably seek advice from a local agency. https://advicelocal.uk/
Regardless of anything else you definitely can not access ESA because you do not meet the qualifying NI conditions and you cannot access PIP because you do not meet the past presence conditions.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
ok, thanks to everyone who answered
