Hi @debsybel123 - Quite a few of our members haven't had their ESA paid in on time. Did you ring up to query this & get the error sorted?

I got paid mine today but I was less than half what it would be and have had not communication from them and it also said jsa next to it. Trying to call them but it’s hard to get through. Anyone has this before ?

I had no payment today but rang got through and they said they sent payment a day late didn’t say why

I believe their has been issues with their IT systems. Did they say you would get it tomorrow then?

They said that I would they just said it been sent out a day late and that’s why not on today

Hopefully will be alright then.
