Looks like our members have already come up with lots of suggestions for you. I think you might be kept quite busy with all of those recommendations!
Just in case though, I did spot a couple more. I don't think anybody has mentioned Motability's Rough Guide to Accessible Britain yet? Though I'm not sure exactly how up-to-date and correct the information in that will be, given that it looks like that's the 2020(?) edition.
Also, there's The Bimblers blog, which looks quite good for getting a more personal take on some potential days out. If nothing else, it's a good read as well.
Have fun anyway, wherever your travels take you! And please do let us know if you have any suggestions yourself, based on where it is that you get to.
