Hello
I am new but have Autism.
Does anyone else have trouble always needing the toilet etc very frequently as part of their disability.
Did you ever wet yourself at school? If so why, was it because you were not allowed to go, or forgot or another reason? I had a few accidents. What did they do if you did?
Did you ever wet the bed? If so what age did it stop?

Hi @Carolina382 - & welcome to the community. For any that might have difficulty with urinary incontinence, the following exercises from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy may help.

Hi @Carolina382
I'm just checking in to see how you are and ask if the information received helped?
I can understand urinary incontinence being upsetting when it happens, and I wondered if it's something you'd spoke about with your GP or any other people involved in your care? If not and it's impacting your daily life, then consider asking for their advice. I know it can feel daunting bringing these more intimate issues up but I'm sure they would be able to offer support
