Hello @DesCoje and a warm welcome to our online community, I'm really glad you found us
Wow, to have two neurodiverse children must bring along lots of fun, quality time and also some unique challenges, how are you and your wife coping? Is there anything in particular that you need tips around?
Also, not to bombard you with questions, but do you have support from a local CAHMS team? And, are your children of school age? I hope you are getting lots of external support to help you through.
As we're a pan-disability charity, I'm going to leave a few links to other organisations who might be able to help. These are:- The National Autistic Society
- Ambitious about Autism
- ADDISS (The National Attention Deficit Disorder Information and Support Service)
- Hyperactive Children's Support Group
- Contact - National charity for families with disabled children
Take care and I hope you have a lovely Thursday.Online Community Co-ordinator

Welcome to the community @DesCoje How are you getting on?
Have you managed to take a look at the questions and resources Cher has posted? Please do let us know if there's anything specifically you'd like advice on.
Routine is important for all children (and adults!), but it can be particularly important for children with autism and ADHD. Are you able to maintain a good routine at home?
Do your children attend school?
