@hass Sorry to hear that you're still struggling to get help. The last thing we want is for you to feel more isolated and frustrated with the situation.
As we left things the other day, I believe that the Scope Helpline were going to try and get back in touch with you? Is that right? What support were they able to offer you? And sorry hass, but I'm not entirely sure I understand why there might have been a problem because of Eid. The Scope Helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 6pm. And most bank holidays. Or are you referring to a different helpline?
Also, it might be helpful if you could give us an update as to how you're getting on? Have you managed to get any medical help yet? Have you seen your GP? And what's your current housing situation?
Last of all, could you tell us a bit more about what help you're looking for from us? That way, we might be able to provide you with some more advice, and signpost you to the appropriate services.

Hi
With respect I've already stated that iv had treatment for my infection when I called 111 a week ago.
I wish people would listen .
When I spoke to scope the lady wasn't really grasping my situation
Inanycase no help was offered because scope can't help.
All I'm doing is repeating everthing like a machine.
-
Did you get a response from the housing officer?Do you receive benefits for housing costs?
-
In terms of my housing
I have a secure tennancy
Moved in to the flat
2006 endured harrassment since
Police called numerous times
14 housing officers visted nuisance family warned them of there behaviour
Theft of letters stolen ripped fraud committed landlord still hasn't done anything
Nuisance neighbours taken to court in 2013
If breached undertaking would go to prison
Undertaken was breached landlord never took it to court.
Was given a disibility advocate who reported it as a hate crime still these tennants carry on regardless.
Everthing is about there rights and not mine
I'm directly above them
They slam doors use foul language are intimidating have no respect you can't even approach them they get aggressive.
Couple of yrs a go the son was following me around
One one occassions he so me on the bus and decided to sit facing me when the bus was empty.
I was very scared.
Still no action taken by the police or landlord
-
@hass So sorry. I didn't mean to cause any offence. And I apologise if my questions made you feel as though you were having to repeat yourself. Because we haven't spoken for a few days, I just wanted to find out if you had any updates with regard to all of the issues that we've spoken about over the past couple of weeks.
I am genuinely sorry that you feel that we haven't been able to provide you with any assistance. Is there anything more, or in fact, anything more specific, that we can be doing to help? Let us know and we'll see what we can do.

I'm not being herd that the point .
Housing officer are not interested if they were by rights they would be evicted
I had my mail redirected suggested by the Sociolotor who is full of contradictions
I found out that a letter was delivered back to sender some one meaning neighbours said that i don't live here this has happened before.
I contacted royal mail and was fuming this should not have happened.
I'm waiting for them to get back to me.
I'm doomed no matter where I go whom I go to.
Effectively dead in my tracks.
HOUSING is not a minor thing
Your environment shapes you.
I haven't got any confidence or capacity to do anything
I have no one to support me
-
My question about housing costs and benefits though? Do you get housing benefit or housing element of UC? Trying to establish how you are in arrears.
-
Hi Mark
I get HB I just mentioned earliar that my mail is being redirected suggested by my incompetent sociolotor
My mail was being sent back to the sender Becos one of the neighbours said to post man irony live here
This has happened before to other neighbours as well
Spoke to the housing officer who's comfired to HB department that i am the tennant of the property.
I'm just waiting for HB to get back to me.
-
@hass i'm sorry that you seem to be having a rough time of it, have you considered approaching CAB for advice? AFAIK the postman has to deliver the mail to you he/she can't just take someone else's word that you don't live there.
If your solicitor in your eyes is incompetent have you thought about getting another who maybe more helpful?
As Mark says have you been getting HB or the housing element of UC?
In the first post you mention your parents, can they not help/support you?2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -
Well clearly its happened the post man was at fault.
As stated in waiting to hear back from royal mail as why this happened.
Interms of sociolotor it took 11 months to find
-
A sociolotor that has capacity
-
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "a solicitor that has capacity" ?2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
-
Meaning they can't take anymore cases
-
Ok I understand now, is this because you need a specialist solicitor?2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

No apparently according to her profile she is a specialist housing homelessness benifits and equality act .
Take for instance she said to me that she was waiting for my GP details I emailed her this in Nov 2020
She shouts advises me to put in homeless application as im homeless on ground s that it is unreasonable to occuoy due to fear of violience and health. then says well leave that then she kept nagging me to registry with council for bidding .
I told her that i will lose security and rents would be higher
I could be bidding for years.
I gave her a letter from the GP that has 18 conditions she should have used the equality act.

The whole system is for perperateauurs only
Not for those who need -
Hi all
Hope your all well.
I've had some developments regarding my housing benifits arrears.
I've managed to get a case worker to assist with my arrears that is nearly £1000 .
Some of my neighbours are venomous I received an email from housing benifit wanting utility bills also they have put in the letter that they want to know why my post is being marked addressee gone away
I know it's the neighbours this has happened before
Also in 2019 I was cashing money out from a machine near where I live my neighbour was watching me on the same evening my bank called me to verify payments made there were 4 transactions made
Not by me.
My bank cancelled the card and I had to collect from local branch
I reported to police
My neighbour also had fraud committed on her name my letters and other neighbour letters were being opened and ripped

Hi @hass,
I'm so sorry to hear you've been going through such a difficult time.
Not sure I have any good advice to give as I don't have much life experience. Most of the time I feel like I am just muddling through.
Anyway, just wanted to say that you seem like a very brave person. I don't think I could deal with what you are going through.
Hopefully, the recent developments in your situation are the start of things beginning to get a bit better.
Take care and God bless you. -
Thank you
Its very apparent to me that perpetrators get away with everthing there is nothing for the victims -
Hello Hass.
I’m sorry to hear of your ordeal. I have had ‘hate crime’ dealt against myself from my neighbours. This was classed as ‘hate crime’ by the police who did a referral to Victim Support. Have you heard of them and tried contacting them? There number is 08 08 16 89 111 where they can direct you to your local Victim Support.
