I like herbal teas and fruit teas. I like to drink green tea, lemon and ginger and jasmine green tea. I drink chamomile and honey tea when I need to be chilled or to be calm.
What about you Sandy_123 do you like chamomile tea? Do you like jasmine tea? -
I prefer mint tea with lemon and ginger tea, I tend to make them with fresh ingredients.
-
Do you boil garlic cloves with rice @Sandy_123?

Dandelion tea or nettle tea for fluid retention green tea to curb appetite when dieting

I'm afraid I'm not a fan of herbal teas, most give me head aches or a bunged up nose.
That said, I do like strong tea with little milk and did have 3 tea spoons of sugar but things change, less milk and much less sugar is what I like in the mornings.
Sometimes just a teaspoon of honey and a tea bag of course. Yorkshire tea for me. -
Yeah I buy yorkshire tea but I'm not fussed on the brands to be honest. I've been reading about tea bags being bad for the environment, some brands, I might switch to tea leafs.
