just received my bundle pack from pip,and my assessment,and my god they have written down aload of rubbish

    For appeal purposes you do not need to worry about inaccuracies in the original assessment report. Tribunals know that they are often inaccurate. You need to focus on making sure that your evidence for why you should be awarded PIP is comprehensive and to the point.

    can someone help me please im lost,and getting worked up,ive received my bundle pack,but i have no idea what i have to do now.

    Hi @Popdiva43 I'm sorry the initial decision looks like it hasn't gone your way.  I've merged both of your threads together so we can keep all help and replies in one space to avoid confusion :) 

    If you receive your decision letter and it confirms that your PIP assessment hasn't resulted in an award then you might want to pursue a mandatory reconsideration (MR).  You can read more about this via the Citizens Advice 'Challenging a PIP decision' webpage and you would need to focus your efforts on evidencing why you believe you should have scored points for respective PIP activities.  To evidence this, include detailed examples of the last 2/3 times you attempted an activity and were unable to do it reliably (safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly and in reasonable time) - mentioning who was there, where you were, when and what happened.  

    As suggested by @calcotti - getting independent local advise would be a wise step and alleviate much of the stress you're currently feeling, so do give the Advice Local website a visit (entering your postcode and Welfare benefits from the drop down box) to find an organisation close to where you live.

    hi just a question i had to wait for my medical records,from doctors,if i sent that to tribunal,do i send a copy

    This is an old post 

    From what I have read you are not at tribunal  stage and haven't even had a decision yet 

    If you have further evidence send a copy off and if it gets there in time may be considered in making a decision 

    You are really getting ahead of yourself and need to wait for a decision

    im at the tribunal stage just waiting for the hearing to be booked,do i sent in my medical records first,as proof of medical condition

    Yes send in any evidence you have but keep a copy

    You need to do as others have suggested and get some expert advice from welfare rights if you gave no idea what you are doing you won't stand much chance of winning at tribunal 

    Give yourself the best chance and get a representative
