Good morning, good afternoon or good evening,
I am having an Idustrial Injuries Disablement Benefit Appeal over the phone appeal medical next week..
Does anybody know the format of what happens?
I have had quiet a few pip and esa medicals and they seemed to ask questions about what I'd written on the claim form in mind. And of course asking me the same question in 3 different way to see if they'd get the same answer?... Anway you know the drill on that one don't you!?!
If anyone has been through one or you know a little about what to expect then please get back to me.
Wellness vibes to anyone and everyone.

HI,It's not a medical, it's a Tribunal. What questions they ask you will depend on your case and no one can you specifically what they will ask. All you can do is answer any questions they have the best you can. If you don't understand the question then ask them to repeat it.It may not be possible to make a decision on the day, if this happens they will send you a decision letter within a couple of weeks.Good luck.0

Thank you Poppy for the swift reply..
Had it been a f2f I would of had a medical.
So... I'm not sure how they can do now.
Thank you for the advice and ofcourse the good luck sentiments.

Hi peter as Poppy has suggested it is a tribunal and not a medical, even if you had attended f2f tribunal it would not have involved a medical examination.
They will use the medical evidence they have and if they require anymore they will adjourn the hearing and request you to provide it
Let us know how you get on0 -
Hello to anyone reading this update..
