Sudden severe allergies have been getting worse and worse :(

I don't know what to do anymore as I feel my doctors have been completely unhelpful. I had had bad environmental allergies before, but only to pollen and they could easily be relieved by taking Allegra. I started having severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) about three years ago when I entered my 20's. First, it was just when drinking wine, but it soon extended to all sulfites (lemon juice concentrate, vinegar, etc) as well as caffeine and chocolate. It is getting out of control because, as these allergies become more and more sensitive, it is almost impossible to avoid certain versions of these foods (citric acid is becoming a problem for me and it is in practically everything). 

I have a chronic cough that started around the same time. It used to be only during the winter, but it is now year-round. My allergies are getting much worse and I have other symptoms that seem to suggest there might be something else wrong such as severe stomach reactions to certain foods, including abdominal pain so intense that I sometimes am unable to stand up. 

In general, I have always gotten sick a lot and my body takes a long time to heal, but nothing like this. I have been tested for Chron's (my mom has it), Lupus (my cousin has it), and H Pylori after thinking I could have picked up a bacteria while visiting another country. So far nothing and I'm beyond frustrated. I have received every generic diagnosis in the book (IBS, Asthma, etc), but I am inclined to think it may be autoimmune due to the way my symptoms are getting worse and worse. I'm incredibly fed up with being passed from doctor to doctor, each one not taking me seriously. My family and friends do not seem to understand why I so badly want a diagnosis. "Why would you want to have an illness?" They say. At this point, not having a diagnosis just means feeling constantly sick with no way to get proper treatment.
