Ok so I got my assessment report on sat he got things right about 70%.
Going by this he recommended lower daily with no mobility I currently get lower for both so I would lose my mobility which does make my laugh as my mobility is my main issue it's gotten worse not better since first claim in 2018.
So I'm gearing up for MR as he has put some information on incorrect, and a strange thing my main disability is I have M.E and he hasn't apart from in the list of disabilities at the front of the report mentioned it or referenced any symptoms or issues I have with M.E at all throughout the form ? I find this bizarre it states he is a paramedic I'm not sure what medical training they have to go through would he have knowledge and understanding of my illness, he picked 2 things and focused on those through the whole form and didn't reference to half of what I put on the form or during the conversation which I feel were relevent.
I'm level headed so I know I need to issue facts not emotion on this MR but I could do with some advice.
am I to point out missing information on the report I.e stating I don't take meds for vertigo when I do, I explained my symptoms for when I have a blackout and he's put that as the description for my symptoms of vertigo and put that it's manageable when its not, stating my Mobility scooter was just a personal purchase when it was recommended and issued by Dwp Access to work scheme of which I have that assessment report. He reported that I didn't sound tired when I know I kept yawning as I had been up most of the night, said I sounded composed when I broke down crying a few times (it gets a bit much when you have to explain ever single flaw about you for 2 hrs) , said I was able to explain in detail about my medication and illnesses without prompting he asked a simple question twice and I replied yes ? But I had everything written down so wasn't by memory is this worth mentioning ?
Do I include any medical letters with this MR and do I include written letters from family explaining the help they give me ?
Do I explain that no matter what issues I go to the doctor with its put down as symptoms of M.E and so I don't get referred to any specialists anymore but that I would also struggle to get to them and have had specialist support cancelled due to not being able to attend due to being exhausted.
And lastly he put for the first mobility question that physical disability is not part of the scope for this question ? is this right I mean I cannot use a lot of public transport due to my scooter ?

That is correct. Focusing on the assessment report is a mistake. if the decision letter itself contains factual errors (which may of course come from the assessment report) then you can correct these. So - "the decision letter says I do not take xyz medication, this is not correct. As I told you on the PIP2 I take xyz".
Your primary focus should be in strengthening your own evidence. Go back through what you have already said, does it fully explain the difficulties yo have? Did you give examples of what happens when you try to do things?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
Ty, I didn't give examples so I'm guessing I should have lol, ok so don't mention report give examples.
Do I send in any evidence at this point a&e reports, appointment reports etc etc -
