Pip telephone assessment- is it a video call or normal phone call? Are they nice? Can I have notes?

Prepare by reading through your apication form and having it with you 

Yes you can prepare notes to refer to and I would suggest writing down 2 examples for each descriptor of what happened when you tried to do the task how you do it , if you need support or any aids   if you can't do it why not , can you do it safely   reliably and repeatedly.  Are there any consequences eg accidents   pain , fatigue   can't repeat it 

The assessors are gently speaking nice they may ask questions You don't think relevant but they are trying to find out how you are affected

If you look online you will see how PIP award points and it tells you what answers are required to what category you will be graded to.  If you as someone else suggested keep a copy of what you have told them with you that will help.  Be sure to be honest but do not downplay anything as they will mark it lower if you do.  They are there to help you not worry you Thanks and good luck
