How long is CA taking? My husband's PIP was reinstated but I'm still waiting

Good morning. Does anyone know how long carers allowance is taking . My husband lost pip after review. He has been reinstated with pip. I'm still waiting for carers . Many thanks.

I think with anything at the moment there are backlogs and limited resources and all you can really do is wait. I’m sure it will be processed as soon as humanly possible.

Yes have also rang them twice. Both times was told with a decision maker. Haven't received it yet. Waiting around 12 weeks now.
