As many of you know I have really been struggling with my mental illness really bad lately even since coming out of hospital . The side effects of the meds were horrific so I wasn’t able to come on here and post I couldn’t do any the side effects were that bad . But I was giving some medication to help with my side effects and they seem to be working fingers crossed for me that I get better soon .

Hi @cupcake88, it's lovely to hear from you, we missed you!
Apart from the medication you are on, are you getting enough support? It seems to me that mental health services vary from area to area but usually there's not enough provision or support.
Sometimes charities such as Mind might offer some useful advice and support.
Take care and let us know how you are getting on.

@Oxonlady.I find that the crisis team where iam are great even the hospital staff are great . But my community team isn’t good . My nurse comes to see me weekly but she doesn’t really do any thing if that makes sense . It feels good to be well enough to be back on the forum xx

Do you have an idea of what kind of help your nurse could give you that you'd find helpful? Have you tried speaking to to them about this? -
