Hi hope everyone is okay l recently received my pip review form and was thinking should l send my old evidences that l have sent two years ago or will l just need to send my current evidences l have manage to get new evidences from my gp but last time l did send xray and mri results

Hi there
I'm sure it tells you not to send any evidence they already have
Also Xrays and scan results are not that relevant
What you need is evidence that shows how you are affected daily against the descriptors
Your own anecdotal evidence giving real examples of what happened when you tried to do each task
Treat the review as new claim even if no change still give full explanation and examples
