UT Set aside question

Hi everybody.
I recently asked the UT to set aside a decision (under rule 43)
My deadline to ask was May 15 and I sent the letter express delivery track and trace, which was received May 12.
My question is, is there a time limit which the Upper Tribunal have to give you a response as to whether or not they will set aside the decision? Just wondered as I haven't heard anything yet. (Maybe no news is good news?)
Thanks in advance.
