Sorry to hear you are struggling with touch deprevation at the minute, I think many of us will be able to empathise with that after the past 18 months or so.

Do you have any friends or family members that you see regularly? Giving and receiving hugs is allowed now under the current restrictions and nothing quite beats a good hug does it? I'm sure we're all sending you virtual ones

Have you spoken to your other loved ones about how they could touch you without hurting you @pattern1991? It might be a case of explaining what positions work best for you, or where they should/shouldn't touch you?
