Good morning everyone, I’ve been wondering as I’ve heard and read lots of different stories regarding reports from the pip assessors are we allowed to record them with there consent? I no they record our calls.. My reason for this is I no they like to say things which sometimes aren’t true. For instance they might say someone didn’t seem to sound anxious or depressed on the phone when really they were crying there eyes out so upset and full of anxiety. I want to record my call with them so they can’t make out I was something I wasn’t if you understand me sorry I’m not good with words at all. Hope someone can help
thanks x
