New here and looking to connect with other people: especially living with Adult ADHD, Learning difficulties, anxiety and low mood and also people living in London :)

    Am I right in thinking you have the conditions you mention, such as ADHD and learning difficulties?  If so, how are you managing those and have you got enough support?  I hope so :)

    You're in the right spot to meet like-minded people so feel free to get involved wherever you feel comfortable.  Some categories you might want to browse include Learning difficulties and Mental health issues.  Plus, there's our virtual coffee lounge which is a good place to visit to get to know our members better.
