I completed my pip review form and carer posted it a week before it was due, got a letter today to say my pio was stopping from 24th June due to form not being returned in time. I called and was queueing for 93 minutes and was told there is a delay in the scanning of forms by up to a month. I asked if my pip was stopped and she said "we will sort it" she just seemed to want me off the phone. I asked again if my pipped had stopped and she said she will send out another form but to call before i post it to see if mine had been scanned.. I asked again if my pip had stooped and ahe said she will sort it.... She ended call then i got a text saying "you have asked us to look at your claim again"..... I am so confused and sressed out.. Has my pip stopped??

Hi there was your award until the 24 of June ? Did you not get your review papers 6 months before your pip was bout to end ?All I can suggest is try calling them just before 5 pm they seem to be less busier then only they can answer your question . Keep us updated .

Try calling tomorrow they do open at weekends now but it isn't common knowledge so less busy
@cupcake88 they will have sent forms out but you have to return them by the date they state usually 1 months but they have been allowed 3 months don't know if that still exists -

I always send my forms back by recorded delivery then at least you can say it was received on a date and signed for by whoever.
