I am in the process of discussions with my employer about whether I can work from home permanently.
I have about 23 diagnosed conditions and having more tests at the moment.
I am registered disabled, and have been working from home for the last 18 months due to the pandemic.
This has worked very well but my boss would like me back in the office. I am an Accounts Manager.
It seems his concern is when my colleague is on holiday that I cant go into the office to cover some of his work, although it has been covered for the last 18 months.
I have a 90 minute round trip to work on top of the days work which is physically impossible due to the deterioration of my health.
Thank you for listening.
