Hi all, I want to contact the DWP about a non urgent enquiry but unfortunately the last time I called them, I was stuck on hold for 40 minutes. I have been looking for a contact email address but cannot find one. Can someone confirm if they do have a contact email address and if so, what it is. Thanks in advance.

The email address is an online form, scroll down half a page for it on the following link

Thanks for sharing that @Username_removed. Is that contact information in the public domain anywhere? As the OP says they have been looking for an email address, and I've spent plenty of time myself in the past wondering whether they can be contacted by email. If that is publically available, it's not very straight forward to find.

I was given same email address as @Username_removed shared by a complaint compliance officer to send documentation but when I rang to check said documents had been received I was told by telephone clerk dwp don’t receive emails so unsure0

In regarding appeals and MR, the direct email to the Decision Makers is:
dwpinverness.lmdmaappeals@dwp.gov.uk
This can be your evidence that you have submitted something to DWP0
