How long to wait for the government gateway verification team to call for verification

in Universal Credit (UC)
I Don't have a phone contract in my name or drivers licence but i have a valid passport and many forms of ID . I applied for universal credit on Sunday but they still haven't called yet i'm waiting for a appointment with my doctor and getting mentally worse. and struggling now.

    If you only applied on Sun it's a bit early for them to be in touch

    Thank you so much i'm gone wait i hope not to long i'm waiting to get my second jab next week to contact my mental health

    I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling @foryoureyesonly. What kind of mental health specialist are you referring to, if you don't mind me asking? If you're finding things really difficult to manage at the moment, I'd definitely encourage you to speak to them before your second jab if you need to. Samaritans are also always there to listen to you, even if you're not suicidal. You can call them on 116 123, or email jo@samaritans.org. You can also text SHOUT to 85258 if you'd prefer to speak to someone over text. 

    I hope that you don't have to wait too long :)
