We've found that hoist manufacturers have no interest in helping. I will help anyone needing advice

Reading about people's problems with wheelchair hoists. My daughter recently bought a second hand hoist. We have found that manufactures will not supply any missing parts and have no interest in helping. I fitted it for my daughter in her cmax and will help anyone needing advice or help.
