Missed pip call

Hi all, hope you are all well. I had a telephone assessment on 26 may at 9.15am, unfortunately I missed it as I was taking MST and oramorph for neurological pain and had to take laxatives, so I was caught short. I called them back seven minutes later and they refused to speak to me and I still waiting for another appointment. So soul distroying with the mental and physical struggles I have. I’m still waiting six weeks later. Has any one been through the same thing. ?x

I would think they would get in touch with you but huge backlogs currently and wouldn't be surprised if you have gone further down the pack
Not that I agree and shame they didn't call you back a bit later -
