Disabled people need a change in the council tax bill system to ( All councils to apply to ) A reduction in there council tax bill as as a disabled person every council makes there own choices this needs to change as local council only gives discount if a room for a disabled person is set down stairs !!!
It could be made mandatory for all councils
let me know what you all think if u want to?

The problem is councils penslise people with disabilities who claim pip or dla its not suposed to be means tested but the council always take it into consideration when you work
I have been told I have to pay 139.00 a month because I have a small amount of universal credit I get my part time wages and I get pip when I am not working I dont have to pay council tax and my pip isn't mentioned
