    Hi there 

    Tbh I'm not entirety sure but as to qualify the condition must be expected to last for 9 months or more I wouldn't have thought it would be less than a year 

    Most people mention a 2 year award initially but I'm not certain if this is a minimum

    Ive just done my first pip and it has been recomended for 18 months but dont have my actual decision yet this was recomended on my capita assesment i recived a copy of
