Weird letter

I applied for change of circumstance a month ago, heard nothing back but pip have sent a letter to my carer asking if they are still my appointee and if I am still vulnerable any one else had this?

That seems quite normal if they are your appointee
I don't think it is anything to worry about0 -
I would guess that as you have an appointee the DWP would expect them to be acting on your behalf, not you reporting a change of circumstance yourself. They will need to establish whether you still need an appointee and/or whether they should be acting on what you have told them.0
