Hi @Phoenixboy :) Just stepping in while @Cher_Scope deals with something else:
Thank you for the welcoming, I'm sure you are speaking on behalf of most members on here and yourself, but please don't dismiss my comments with regards to certain members not making myself feel welcome on here. As I wouldn't have brought this up, otherwise.
I'm sorry if you felt as though Cher was dismissing your comment. I can assure you that wasn't her intention.

If you're unhappy with a comment another member has made you can report the comment using the 'flag' button at the bottom of the comment. This will report the comment to us so that we can review it and take action if necessary.

If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to email us on community@scope.org.uk.

At the end of the day though, if you qualify for PIP then you qualify, nothing stops that.

It has nothing to do with the assessor anyway, they make a recommendation, they don't make the decision.

When the lines of "DWP have targets and therefore people get turned down due to this" is used, it tends to be by individuals who haven't submitted a sufficient PIP2 form and want someone else to blame.

which says: In April 2021, of the 2,708,114 PIP claimants in Great Britain, more than 9 out of 10 received the Daily Living Award element and almost 7 out of 10 received the Mobility element.
