I am my partners appointee, rang pip Friday 30th July, he’s been awarded standard on care and mobility and was given the total amounts over the phone. We have not had a letter yet nor payment (understandable with the weekend) It’s now August 2nd.
How long roughly till payment?
End of November 2020 -applied
End of feb - pip2
16 June - phone assessment
2nd July - received copy of report
30th July - finally awarded (found out by calling)
now awaiting payment and letter.
Any help with rough timescales from when the award was awarded to actual payment would be appreciated! Thanks in advance )

Hi @Charlotteld24
A very warm welcome.
It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks before payments are in place.
More often than not payments are made into bank account, prior to claimant have received their award letter.
So keep an eye on payments made into your bank account.
Hope this helps.
