Assesment report received. There are some contradictions. Will the DM pick up on discrepancies?

Hi so have received assessment report and the majority of it the assesor has taken In my difficulties but on other descriptors has contradicted himself by ticking the wrong discriptor and then underneath given his reason but doesn't make sense . I have phoned pip and raised these concerns but will the dm pick up on these discrepancies?

Well he has said that I didn't mention not being able to undress an dress my lower body (I did) then states that my daughter helps me . This report has also gone to audit .

Did you provide any evidence or examples of not being able to undress or dress your lower body in your original form @Sheree_8?

Yes I stated my daughter helps me undress and dress lower body as have extreme pain.
