I sent my Mr form and letter in 9 days ago and I've rang twice to see if they've received it but both times they've said they don't have that information and a note will be in my journal when a decision has been made, is this true? Or should I try asking through my journal?

Hi there
I'm not sure they inform you bit if takes about 3 weeks anyway
.as it get delivered to a mail centre first and then to dwp and they then scan it in the system only then will if show as recieved
When you call you speak to outsourced call handler who can't always see the scanned copy0 -
@janer1967 ok thankyou, I wasn't sure if it was like pip where they send you a text to say they've received it0
