Does anyone else with an invisible illness/disability get 'it's just an excuse' as a comment?

For those who have Invisible Illnesses/Disabilities do you often get ‘it’s just an excuse’ as a comment I do and I often don’t get believed and have to prove everything and get called lazy a lot. Thank you for reading my message.

I have experienced that too from people who should know better. I just ignore it.3

Ah just ignore the ignorant, my daughter-in-law thinks I'm playing on an illness and that I inject very expensive and potent drugs into my body twice a week for the fun of it!!! There's no accounting for idiots. I let people think what they want, I don't have to answer to anyone. ....Rant over...5
