I am a 39 year old male, i suffer with a slipped upper femeral epiphysis, anxiety and depression. Anyone else suffer with those?

Yea i am on PIP , i have a plate in my hip, i had this when i was 17 the mental health problems followed.
I also take Mirtazepine for sleep and depression, and the usual pain relief, 400mg Ibuprofen and if it gets bad i have to have Tramadol -
