Feeling a bit sore

Well, had a fall down the stairs about the last 5 stairs or so,  :/ hoping everywhere I'm feeling pain is just bruising.  Was 30 mins ago, I know to get checked if it lingers or gets worse. Worried about my spine more as its delicate. Will see how I wake up.
By the way the stairs are fine ?

    I'm so sorry about this @Sandy_123 - I've fallen down the last few stairs myself before, & it shook me up, as well as hurting. Hope you're OK, & please let us know how you feel in the morning. Pleased the stairs are fine, but gentle hugs to you. :)

    Thanks every one nothing broken apart from my ego.. just sore where I bumped, should be ok in a few days, little pain where I jolted my spine but not over working it today.
