awarded lcwra but no idea when or how much

hi !
got awarded lcwra back on 16th july . stating id hear within 7 days wen and how much id be getting. ive had nothing as if yet and work coach ignores me . my first sick note went in on june 1st and were continuous until i was awarded .. my work pay has now stopped and im wrrying badly about money . they dont seem to be much help .. ! i thought id get it this mth sept but i havent .. im so frustrated with it all .. can anyone help at all ! tia ! lisa

You only get extra money for the fourth full assessment period after you report your health condition. If your first Fit Note was June 1st 2021 you will not be due any extra money until October or November payment depending on what dates your UC assessment periods run.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

ok thanks . do you know if it gets backdated to june or when i was awarded in july ? or will it just be the extra element il get from then ?

There's nothing to backdate because as calcotti has advised there's a waiting period and it's not paid during this time.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
