I've lost the award review envelope provided, and need to send my form. Is it a special envelope?

Hello all,

I have lost the PIP award review envelope provided and have to send completed form ASAP. It is a window envelope but does anyone know is it a special envelope? I get very anxious about these things.

    There is nothing special about the envelope.

    Thanks Calcotti...I packaged it up in an old opened window envelope with sellotape last night...will check it again this am and send hopefully..

    Address and there is a bar code above to be visible..

    You can use any envelope, just write the address onto it. The address will be on your form.
