Hi @private_Scoper
Just to let you know, I've merged your question with your existing thread as it's along the same lines and will help keep all responses in this one space for you
Hearing others positive stories can be a boost and I have everything crossed for the outcome of your MR.0 -
The success rate of MR is about 50% but it's falling. We have had some members that have had success at this stage and some who haven't.

I waited 12 weeks for the MR decision, but I went from scoring 4 points for mobility to enhanced. Nothing for daily living, which is a disappointment, but I didn’t have the strength to proceed with that one.private_Scoper said:Anyone else been successful for PIP Reconsideration ?Good luck with yours.0 -
Was this a recent wait time please?Leigh14 said:

I asked for MR on the 24th of June by phone then collected and submitted all further evidence which was scanned onto the system on the 4th of August. Yesterday the 13th of September I recieved a call asking if I wished to add anything else and my MR was being reviewed that afternoon. I was informed I will have a decision by this coming weekend.
I am in West Yorkshire, I am not aware if location has any bearing on timescales. Hope this helps .0 -
Yes, all areas have different timescales.

Hello allI sent my MR off at beginning of August. I haven't had any confirmation that they've received it. I've tried ringing them but I am put in a queue everytime. As my anxiety is really bad at the moment I can't stay on phone to long as I get stressed. My husband and sister have tried ringing them but get the same problem and kept on phone for ages. Hope I hear something soon ?0

I always find the best time to ring them is as soon as they open but even then you’re sometimes waiting for anything up to an hour for someone to answer.

I always make a cup of tea and leave it on speakerphone…and watch a bit of Telly. I find if I just sit with the phone to my ear it seems to take far longer…only problem with this is I’m sometimes stumped when they answer as I’ve forgotten what my question was…
