I've sent off my evidence for tribunal. How long to wait until outcome?

So i have sent over doc letter,prescription, and letters to the relevant parties. I have received copies back informing me they have received them and sent out. How long do i usually have to wait to hear an outcome? I also had my phone number changed.Should i make them aware? I told them i would be unable to attend so i think i will find out by post.  any help or info be much appreciated

    Yes, you should contact HMCTS regarding your new telephone number. Some hearings are still taking place by phone. Paper based hearings have an extremely low success rate (between 5-8%) so if there's anyway you can change this to either attend or have a telephone hearing then it would be in your best interests for you to do this. There's a much higher success rate if you do this. Although, sometimes a decision can't be made on paper alone so they may even ask you to attend or have a telephone hearing.

    OP - have you updated DWP with change to your phone? You should do this.
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    i really struggle with mental health and being around people, why should the success rate differ if its on paper. phone or in person.   i wouldnt know if i could make it on the day, but yes i could do it over the phone. can i ask for that to be changed to telephone ?

    Is there a way i can change my tribunral appeal from paper to telephone hearing? if so who do i contact. Due to mental health issues i struggle with alot of situations including being around others, i didnt realise tribunral could possibly  be done over phone instead of attending.

    The majority of Tribunal hearings take place by phone at the moment anyway. Only the most extreme cases are done in person.

    Contact HMCTS. As advised on your other thread the majority of hearings still take place via phone.
