Help with appeal. Is it right to go through MR and put the reasons you disagree? Anything else?

I am appealing my wca decision, I did the mandatory reconsideration and the decision stayed the same, so I am now onto the appeal. I'm just not sure I'm doing it right, on the citizens advice website it says just to go through you Mr letter and put all the reasons you disagree with and why, is this right? Is there anything else I need to send in?

    Have oyu had a look at the LCWRA descriptors to see if any of them apply to you? There's very little point in taking it to Tribunal if you don't fit those descriptors.     If any apply then you need to state why you think you should have been placed into the LCWRA group. They will want to know how your conditions affect you. Adding a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity also helps.
