Hi, I like writing fiction, unpublished as yet.
I just wondered if any one else enjoys writing too, maybe swap ideas and give advise and encouragement.
If so, I would be glad to hear from you.

I used to get a lot praise for my short stories in English at school, and up to a few years back I used to write Star Trek fan fiction with me as the Captain of my own Starship called the Space Hawk (A parody of 80's kids show Terrahawks) and crew based on old and current friends.

Great idea @Sandy_123 I'm not a writer myself, but I'd be interested in hearing more about what you've written! What genre of fiction do you tend to write?
-
@MrAllen1976 that's awesome, the thing with writing it takes you away from the norm, into a different world, you can be who you want to be, where you want to go.
Have you thought of approaching any one with your written work. I'm writing a book at moment, well I have not wrote for 3 weeks. Motivation is needed. -
Just found this post. I also write fiction, mainly short stories. I like light-hearted stuff, black comedy and crime fiction. It's been a struggle lately as my condition makes me exhausted all the time so my new ideas got stuck in the idea phase.

Hi @MissMarple that's a shame you don't have the energy levels, to do something you enjoy. I always write in bed, propped up on pillows. Have you spoken to your dr about your condition getting worse?

I feel my short stories give hope and bring positive while having hidden messages behind some short stories shared on the scope online community and still unpushed but I don't give up hope one day succeeding.

Yes I agree, writing takes you anywhere you want to be and who you wish to be. I've never been one to write poetry, I don't dislike it, just not a great interest of mine.
