Do u get both the element of 350 and the work allowance on lcwra on UC please?

Do u get both the element of 350 and the work allowance on lcwra on UC please? I don't work partner does will we get both the lcwra as well as the earnings allowance of 293 before deductions? Advice please

    Yes that’s correct.

    Yes you get both. You will have the LCWRA element included in the calculation of your maximum UC amount. The first £293 of your partner’s earnings will be ignored (I infer you are getting the housing element in your UC award).
