Hi, I’ve realised I’ve started my claim too soon as it hasn’t yet been 3 months since my issues began. If I don’t return the form, will I be able to start a new claim within the next month or will there be a waiting period please?

Thank you for your reply. My issues began at the end of July. I rang to start my claim about 2 weeks ago without realising I needed to be effected for 3 months. My form has to be returned by 14th October so this would still be within the initial 3 month waiting time.
