Lwrca Element. When will my first payment be?

I sent in my fit note on the 11th June and it was accepted..
My normal universal credit assessment dates are 16th to 15th and I get paid on the 22nd..
I sent in my forms for Lwrca and had a telephone assessment on the 30th June (pretty quick I thought) i got my answer through my journal on the 10th July, saying that I qualify for Lwrca..
So 3 months from fit note date is 11th September  thats the 3 months waiting period..
Does this mean I get a Lwrca element for the September assessment period to get my first payment on the 22nd October..

    The waiting period is three full assessment periods after you report a health condition.
    You reported your health condition during the May-June AP.
    The waiting period is June-July, July-Aug and Aug-Sept.
    LCWRA will be payable for Sept-Oct paid on 22nd Oct, as you suggest.
