Can sick notes from GP for anxiety and depression count as evidence for MR?

Hi, I was just wondering, does sick notes off your GP for anxiety and depression class as evidence for a appeal for a MR? Does any one no? I had my letter bk 0 for everything nothink bout my heath etc tbf some of it lies. But does sick notes sayin not fit for work class as evidence ta.

All so i seen online to call but i am not comfortable callin what do u add in a letter cuz i didnt even have a leaf let but it does say on letter MR and use this address i feel like the dm has coped and pasted everything nowt about my bath room issues nothink bout me sleepin nothink plz any help I'd appreciate not the best at riten stuff ??

A sick note from your GP isn't going to help at all for a PIP claim because it has nothing to do with being unable to work.Sleeping isn't considered in any of the descriptors/activities either.For the MR you need to write where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. Adding a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. If the MR decision doesn't change then you should look at getting some expert advice and help with the Tribunal stage. If you can get representation then even better. Start here. https://advicelocal.uk/

Will CAB help with helping with a MR? Or should i just give up now.
