DECISION UPDATE & APPEAL. Sending me papers on how they make their decision. What does that mean?

I just thought I'd update, the people that asked me to.
I was awaiting my MR decision,  and I was awarded the Standard rate for Mobility £23 a week.
Nothing for my mental health conditions, so Im appealing this decision. The DM stated that, as I was nervous, during the phone conversation, I was able to talk to him. So that showed, I was able to mix with people unaided. 
I only go to gp appointments with my brother in the car, and I don't go out socially, and have shopping delivered. 
I have suffered from social anxiety for years, and not able to mix with others or even some family. As it causes upset and I feel overwhelmed. 
I've just received a call from the dwp tonight, just asking if I need large print. And they are sending me papers on how they make their decision, not the actual decision as yet. So Im not really sure what that's about, as he didn't explain.
I'd be grateful if anyone knows.
