Hi @Christine78,
Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. In addition to the support already provided by the amazing @chiarieds, it is great to start by thinking about what your interests are and what your strengths are. If you can work out what types of jobs you would like, people can help you to identify how you can get there! A generally great jobs website is Indeed. A more specific useful website is Exceptional Individuals as their resources are aimed at employees who are neurodivergent (e.g. dyslexic). If you are interested, you can find more information at https://exceptionalindividuals.com/neurodiversity/what-is-dyslexia/. Look forward to hearing from you again soonCommunity Volunteer Adviser with professional knowledge of education, special educational needs and disabilities and EHCP's. Pronouns: She/her.

Hello @Christine78
Welcome to the community, I hope you are okay today.
Regarding benefits, a good way to work out what you potentially could claim is to fill out a benefits calculator, which would help estimate what you could get. You could use this one from Turn2Us.
Finding a job certainly can seem impossible sometimes, but there is support out there as outlined above, hopefully you find the link helpful. I'm sure you will have skills that you would be able to bring to any employer and be a huge asset to them.Online Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing?
