Comments

My daughter has epilepsy and would like some advice on filling out mandatory reconsideration for mobility element
-
Welcome to the community @jomum6 How are you doing today?
Do you have a specific question about your mandatory reconsideration? -
How to word the questions in the right way
-
Have you looked at the criteria for mobility part of DLA for your child? https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/disability-living-allowance/before-you-claim-dla/claiming-dla/There's no right or wrong way to word the questions, you just need to put a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time they attempted that activity. Adding information such as where they were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
